  • ARDIC’s core strategy in its projects came through maximizing the usage rate of the resources, without sacrificing the luxurious experience and it would be a smart move from ARDIC to be inspired and willing to learn from the unique global experiences of highly developed societies while preserving the cultural heritage of Egypt.

  • The company works to form a flexible portfolio, privileged lands, and seeks to enter into smart partnerships in addition to advancement of its human resources.
  • ARDIC is committed to provide multiple services related to real estate development, including facility management, project management, office spaces, residential developments, educational entities and health care, whenever profitable and possible. Geographical attention will extend to different Egyptian governorates while exceptionally promising opportunities outside Egypt will be considered.
